MAISS Mentorship Program

The MAISS Mentorship Program matches undergraduate Business and ICS students with other students passionate about the fields of business and technology. Each mentee is matched with a mentor forging a fun, supportive, and professional relationships. As a MAISS member, you will be joining a tight-knit community of students who share a passion for business and technology. Join us on a journey of personal growth and professional development, while creating lifelong friendships in the process.

Mentors

As a mentor, you will be able to expand your network, gain experience to put on your resume, and make an impact on someone’s college experience. You do not need to be a MAISS member to apply! To become a mentor, you must be willing to dedicate time and love for your mentees. Mentors are required to go through Mentor Training in week 0 and week 1 of Fall 2018.  Mentors must provide mentees with guidance and support to facilitate academic, social, and professional development.

Mentees

Your mentor will be a resource to answer questions, direct you to academic and student services, extend a listening ear, and encourage you to engage, interact and get involved on campus. Mentors and mentees make a commitment to get together as much as their schedules will allow. You must be a MAISS member to apply.

Mentor applications for the 2020-2021 are closed.
Mentee applications for the 2020-2021 will be pubbed on our newsletter and social media platforms.
