  ABOUT

OUR MISSION

We aspire to improve the quality of student life and ensure successful futures for our members by:
  • Strengthening the business and technology community at UC Irvine through the MAISS Mentorship Program, which provides members with resources and opportunities for professional, academic, and social growth
  • Representing students by fostering relationships among peers, faculty, and staff within the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences and The Paul Merage School of Business

HISTORY

With the inception of the Business Information Management (BIM) major in 2008, a group of students banded together in 2010 to establish Management Information Student Society, commonly known as MAISS (/meɪs/).

The group of BIM students wanted to create a tight-knit community of UCI students that share a passion for growing and learning in business and technology.
